This has attracted a strong line-up for the money but MONTAN looks the one to be on. Tony Martin's charge made a winning start over fences at Fairyhouse in January but produced his best effort to date when just touched off by Saludos in a Grade 3 here the following month. He certainly wasn't disgraced behind Prince Erik at Naas last time and may prove just too strong for the easy Gowran winner Tawaagg, who may just prefer further. The Hurl disappointed when attempting three miles here last time and he's another who could prove best at a longer trip as both victories over fences have been over further. Coscorrig has had plenty of experience but her two chase victories have come on very fast ground and this may prove too soft for her.
