Boynagh Joy is in the form of her life but steps up to this trip for the first time and is 7lbs higher for her victory at the Curragh last week. She is held at the weights by Cloud Fire on their run at Wexford in July and the latter will have found 7f too short at Roscommon last time. BE MY STORM had Echoes Of History in second at Leopardstown in July and the latter is now rated 89. Dermot Weld's filly hasn't run subsequently so her current rating of 83 appears lenient and she can make a winning handicap debut. Flowers Of Spring had shown nothing in three maidens so where her 33/1 victory by eight lengths in a handicap over this C&D came from is anyone's guess. Not surprisingly she's been hit with a 17lbs rise but it would be foolish to dismiss her chances after such an astonishing performance. Jim Bolger has been unable to find a race for Faoileanda but the filly is running well enough and her turn can't be too far away.
