Verdict

This has been rescheduled from yesterday's abandoned Cork fixture and Days Hotel won it in 2012, Twinlight the following year and FELIX YONGER twelve months ago. The latter continued in outstanding form subsequently with the Grade 1 Champion Chase at Punchestown the highlight and though behind Bright New Dawn on his reappearance at Clonmel he looked in need of the outing and can take his revenge and land this. Twinlight was a long way behind his stable companion at Punchestown and pulled up in the Navan Grade 2 won by Hidden Cyclone in November when Days Hotel was six lengths behind. The winner isn't the most consistent of performers but wins his share of races, though he is held by Twinlight on their 1-2 in the Grade 1 Dial-A-Bet at Leopardstown last December.
