ARTHUR'S KINGDOM, beaten a neck by stable companion Toronto at Leopardstown, started long odds-on at Killarney but couldn't hold the late challenge of newcomer Baby Zeuss. The third won next time out so Aidan O'Brien's son of Camelot gets another chance. Degraves has shown up well in two starts at the Curragh and is likely to be thereabouts again but Crassus looks one for middle-distances next season. Stinglikeabee has come up against a couple of smart performers and is entitled to improve while there are several well connected newcomers on show, not least the selection's stable companions Flying Scotsman and Silver Fox, the former a rare Ballydoyle runner for J P McManus and the latter a half-brother to three useful winners. Chiricahua, a £125,000 son of Camelot, is another to keep an eye on.
