MAKING LIGHT is the only one to take on the younger generation but has winning form in a Group 3 on testing ground here and will take some beating. She looks to have Snowflakes to beat as the Ballydoyle filly put some moderate runs behind her to land a Cork maiden and the full-sister to the brilliant Winter looks to have plenty more to offer. Could It Be Love also represents the latter's yard and would have to be respected on her head defeat in a Listed contest over 6f here in July as she can't have been right when tailed off in a Group 3 next time. The stable also run Sarrocchi, who has been competing at a higher level all season without looking like winning. Espere hasn't shown much in Group 3 races since landing a Galway handicap.
