It is notable that Paul Hanagan rides BLUE DESTINATION rather than Shirocco Vice for retained trainer Richard Fahey, but it is not for the jockey bookings that we side with this juvenile son of Dubai Destination. The form from the race behind Biondetti at Newmarket on debut has been heavily franked. The victor has since become a Group 1 winner in Italy, whilst plenty of other winners have emerged from the race. If he has come on as connections would hope, Blue Destination looks the strongest option. Mark Johnston saddles two in the race; Waterford Star and Pretty Diamond. Both require a good deal of improvement to challenge here, but a bigger threat may come from Icy Blue who still looks like he is learning the game. The market will provide the guide to Our Dynasty and Stansonnit on debut, but Blue Destination gets the vote to open his account.
