Songgaria should go close in this seller, with Almaty Express and Little Biscuit looking to be the biggest dangers. The selection was a costly failure when third on her debut but still displayed plenty of promise. She also ran well at Windsor last time when upped to six furlongs, finding only Richard Hannon's Cloann too good for her. That rates as solid form in this company and, despite being dropped back to five furlongs today, should still go well. Almaty Express showed promise on his debut and, even though he has disappointed twice since, this represents a drop in class. Little Biscuit has been beaten in sellers - which is true of a number of these - but at least knows what it takes to win, having scored twice early in the season. He ran over six last time but might also be better at today's trip. Of the others, Frisby Ridge has been running reasonably well but probably needs to improve to win. Overall, then, we take Songgaria to land the opener.
