Verdict

CAPTAIN BUCK'S has a full set of victories between the flags, in a bumper, over hurdles and over fences. His last victory was in a Class 4 handicap chase at Stratford last summer and that would be good enough for this. Six A Side is a veteran of the point-to-point circuit having won 13 of his 36 starts between the flags. He's also won over regulation fences at Kelso but Absainte, who has won five point-to-points, was beaten 25 lengths in a hunter's race last March.
