Will Carver was a disappointing favourite on his debut under Rules in a jumpers’ bumper but should be capable of better. Broken Halo probably needed the run when pulled up at Doncaster and is another likely improver while stablemate Famoso is fitted with a tongue-tie on his hurdles bow. Mocacreme Has found only one too good at Uttoxeter in November but then failed to land the odds at Southwell in December. Inishbiggle ran well for fourth on his racecourse debut in November but SEVEN NO TRUMPS is equally unexposed. He ran green at Ludlow in January but kept on well once the penny dropped and will know more today.
