        Verdict

        Satish Seemar saddles half of the 14-strong field. Richie Mullen was on board when Lavaspin completed a hat-trick here in 2018/19 but deserts him in favour of KINVER EDGE (NAP), whom he rode to a comfortable victory here a fortnight ago. They are probably the stable principals as Way Of Wisdom was beaten 12 lengths in the latter event though is expected to get much closer with the run under his belt. Dahawi is part of a trio from his yard and looks the main hope under Antonio Fresnu as Lytham St Annes had a poor campaign last winter. Important Mission had been knocking on the door before an easy victory here in February but appears to need a few races to warm up.
