        In depth

        Verdict

        Estuary had some decent form in 2017 when trained in France but hasn't run for well over a year. Battle Lines found one too good on his last five starts in the UK last spring, all on the all-weather, and along with former stable companion Grecian Spirit may need the run. Cranesbill is best on this track and all of his recent runs have been away from here while Tabernas showed plenty of potential for Godolphin but hasn't been seen for a year. EAST ASIA is handed the vote as he has progressed with each run and wouldn't need to do much more and Chiefdom was beaten a long way at Nottingham when in the care of John Gosden. River Of Gold didn't run badly at Jebel Ali though will need to do better.
