Max Bygraves, Nudge and Nurdle and Brave Jo are the trio to focus on here, with MAX BYGRAVES returning after an absence, taken to score. It is over a year since Brave Jo last led them home, but he ran well to be runner up last time, albeit holding no chance with the winner. He is thoroughly consistent and can reach a place. Nudge and Nurdle has a touch of class, but he has been very much on the downgrade since his last success well over a year ago. His recent efforts do not hint at a return to the winners' enclosure, but he is respected. Max Bygraves' ability to jump the bigger obstacles has to be taken on trust, but he finished off his hurdling campaign in April on a winning note, and Kim Bailey is sure to have schooled him well.
