A poor race and Sawpit Sunset is expected to get the better of Lady Roisin and Water Pistol. Sawpit Sunset probably didnt get home at Ludlow the other day and while she has probably had a few names called by her beleagured supporters, this looks an obvious opportunity to set the record straight. Lady Roisin was probably overcooked under waiting tactics at Plumpton. The fact that there has been money for her in the betting ring on her last two starts suggests that she is not without ability. Water Pistol has an abysmal record as far as winning is concerned and hasn't exactly suggested that he'll add to that one win from 35 starts. Ex-pointer Pongos Nephew is likely to be a big price although he cannot be totally written off if some of his earlier form is taken at face value. Billy Murphy's better form has come with plenty of give underfoot but connections are keen to run despite giving plenty of weight away. Moon Melody has run well here in the past although a record of 0 from 15 over hurdles hardly makes him as prime punting material. Palila hasn't built upon earlier bumper promise. A race little better than selling grade and Sawpit Sunset has fewer negatives than most.
