In depth

Verdict

Yes Sir, Tevere and Inch Pride are the three to look at most closely in this feature contest, and Yes Sir is taken to continue his winning run with Tony McCoy on board. Tevere scored impressively on his British bow at Southwell, and this French recruit has only been raised nine pounds for that comfortable win. He can go well here. Stable companion Inch Pride made no mistake at Stratford last time having disappointed at Hereford the time before. This is a step up from novice company however, and his overall form does not look strong enough. Yes Sir has rattled up a five timer and will be a popular choice with McCoy riding. He was not at all fluent when registering his most recent win, but his record is impressive, and he can continue his winning run in this highly competitive affair. Yes Sir gets the nod.
