Only Jamaican Flight and Val de Fleurie go to post for this and the confident vote goes to the latter. The selection was an easy winner of a moderate race at Sedgefield last month and should be good enough to see off his only rival. He will stay this trip without any problems but Jamaican Flight will find this a real stamina test and he may be found wanting. Jamaican Flight is a game and consistent sort but has been pulled up on two of his last three starts here. He won the other race but that was over a shorter trip than this so for that reason he is opposed here. Only two runners to choose from here, but Val de Fleurie is the confident choice.
