Verdict

A Shade Of Bay didn't appear to enjoy the quicker ground at Doncaster last month having won at the same track earlier. She's capable of better but Tempest River is usually worth opposing and Teochew's confidence must be at an all-time low. Queen's Star appears to be going backwards but Forgivienne is usually thereabouts when completing, though is still seeking a first success. Winning pointer BLAMEITALLONMYROOTS seems certain to be suited by a first try over 3m under Rules and can go one better than when runner-up to Hel Tara over 2m5f at Huntingdon last month.
