Verdict

Several of these ran in the race won by Global Tour, who runs in the first division, here earlier in the month. Nefyn Bay fared best, finishing eight lengths ahead of Karakoram with Marju's Quest and Kabrit well beaten. Donald McCain’s charge had also finished second at Bangor in August so probably deserves a change of luck but the same could be said of Thaqaffa, who has yet to finish out of the frame. GREGARIOUS will need to be positively ridden around here but Lucy Wadham’s grey probably has the class to run the finish out of these if fully wound-up. Bobble Emerald would also have claims on his second at Southwell two runs ago.
