In depth

Verdict

Thunder Eclipse had THE ACROPOLIS around 3 lengths behind when runner-up over this trip on testing ground at the Curragh. However, Aidan O’Brien’s charge was making his debut and will have come on markedly so gets the nod to reverse the form and take this. Black Pepper found 5f too sharp at Dundalk in April and will be much better suited by this track and trip while the 130,000gns colt Glengarra is related to three winners including a Group 3 winning juvenile.
