It may pay to focus on the foot of the weights here with ALANA BANANA preferred to Cheery Cat and Commander Wish. The latter has the services of Richard Hughes and has form on the surface to suggest he'll go well while Cheery Cat showed more last time and is down to a mark he can win off here, but Alana Banana hasn't been with these connections for long and caught the eye staying on at Kempton last time. That race was over five furlongs and with an extra furlong to enjoy here he can score off the same mark. Final Rhapsody may be undone by being drawn in one if she's trapped on the inside when they turn in but she's undeniably well treated still, despite a hike in the weights for beating Rio Royale at Bath.
