Mick Channon's Queen's Night has not progressed as much as may have been anticipated and preference is for Naqi, with Gilt Linked rated the best of the remainder. The selection has shown progressive form and the Willie Haggas-trained filly ran her best race to date at Haydock last time when chasing home Mouchoir in a similar contest. A reproduction of that effort may suffice for the daughter of Cadeaux Genereux. Andrew Balding's Kangaruz has ability but has become frustrating, while Neville Callaghan's Ceredig is strictly held by the selection on Haydock running but may be open to more improvement after just two starts. Developer ran better at Sandown last time and has to be considered along with the Barry Hills-trained Gilt Linked who has been highly tried. Naqi looks to be going the right way though and she is preferred.
