In depth

Verdict

BERTIE BLU BOY bounced back to form when scoring at 16/1 over C&D last time. He's up 6lb for that but won off a much higher mark last year and can go in again. Another C&D winner, Storm Runner, ran well back at this track last time in a higher grade handicap and can figure along with Gallantry, a recent winner over 7f at Kempton but equally at home over today's trip. Menadati started joint-favourite on his latest outing and is looking to make amends after only finishing a modest fifth while Fonterutoli is also better than his latest run suggests.
