        Verdict

        Lindoro has been threatening to score and is not easily dismissed after going close again over 7f at Wolverhampton. Songbird Blues is another with a shout if forgiven a below par effort at Kempton last time when he was tailed off behind close-up third FINLODEX. The latter is now 8lb lower than his original handicap mark and Murty McGrath's charge looks set to take advantage. Brown Pete was an easy winner in a lesser grade last time while Rogue Reporter and Sudden Wish have been running well without being quite good enough.
