        Verdict

        In this fillies' handicap, Montilia gets the call ahead of Edged In Gold and Cosmic Destiny. Montilia has dropped to below a winning Turf mark, her form stacks up in the context of this race, she is well drawn and, well, we think she will go well. Cosmic Destiny cannot be ruled out as she has the pace to overcome a wide draw. Blakeshall Quest comes here in good heart and is entitled to some thought, although a wide draw is again a concern. Succeed has dropped to a more realistic mark now, while Edged In Gold comes here on what seems to be a fair mark, is more consistent than most and can go home with some money but her draw is again the concern. Mirasol Princess is fairly weighted but six furlongs might suit better today, and the remainder seem to have some improvement to find. Overall, though, once again, the vote goes to Montilia.
