In race four, Orange Dancer is selected ahead of Million Per Cent and Portmeirion. Lightly raced, Orange Dancer left the impression that she would have finished closer with a good run last time and, even though she has to fully prove her effectiveness on this surface, could be worth chancing today. Million Per Cent goes well here and, even though, those runs have come in claimers, he doesn't look badly handicapped for a handicap try and warrants all due respect as a consequence. Portmeirion is lightly raced and open improvement and is also respected, although the draw could have been kinder. On her overall form, Indian Lady could not be ruled out if a first-time visor works. Athboy Nights looked to be on the way back last time and the jockey booking has to be a positive, while Blessed Place needs a career best but comes here in good form, and there is no doubt that Gone'N'Dunnett has dropped to a winning mark, but he lacks consistency. Finally, Nistaki has yet to fully convince on Polytrack, Mandarin Spirit is capable from his current mark but was disappointing at Epsom last week, and Desert Opal cannot be ruled out on best form but was bought out of a seller recently. Once again, then, the selection is Orange Dancer.
