Quality Street may be able to defy her burden against the likes of Millinsky and Clearing Sky, with fellow topweight Malapropism worth a mention. Quality Street has not won since her debut in a Bath claimer last May, but has been showing the right signs of late, and with the fast ground in her favour, Paddy Butler's filly is taken to step up on her close second to Intriguing Glimpse at Brighton a fortnight ago. On breeding she could really do with a sixth furlong, but has been kept to the minimum up to now, and hopefully the trainer's decision not to up her in trip yet will be vindicated here. Millinsky has caught the eye on both outings, at Redcar and Thirsk, and she looks all set to go close again, while Clearing Sky also finished runner-up last time when the subject of a mini-gamble over the course-and-distance. Malapropism is hard to catch right but Mick Channon's charge is never one to put a line through as he will pop up when you least expect it. They appear to be the main protagonists, with the vote going to Quality Street.
