The 11-year-old Silvertown has been in the form of his life of late and will undoubtedly make a bold bid to make all the running again but Len Lungo's gelding may only succeed in setting up the race for Greenwich Meantime, who gets the vote with Lets Roll rated the best of the remainder. The selection has been an improved performer since joining Richard Fahey and was most unlucky in the Chester Cup last time when bidding for a third successive victory for his current connections. The shorter trip today should not inconvenience the six-year-old who gets the vote to resume winning ways. Mark Johnston's Quizzene is well handicapped on the pick of his form but has become frustrating, while Merrymaker has proven to be difficult to win with. Kames Park has more to do off a 5lb higher mark than when scoring at Musselburgh last time and of more interest may be Lets Roll, who has been running consistently well of late. Greenwich Meantime has an obvious chance on this season's evidence though and he gets the vote.
