In depth

Verdict

Lynns Boy was placed in a handicap over 6f at Kempton but most go handicapping for the first time including Shalaa Asker. The latter is penalised for winning over today’s trip at Chelmsford but both of Colombe’s decent efforts have come on soft ground on Turf. Pockley finished closer at York last time but MISTER BLUEBIRD showed early pace over the 6f trip here before faltering in the closing stages and he gets the nod with his yard in good form and William Buick taking over the reins.
