Collect Art has to be on the short-list along with Athaakeel and Cativo Cavallino but a chance is taken with STRABOE on his return from a break. He has run well fresh in the past so his absence from the track is of no concern and the return to racing on polytrack should suit the gelding who has disappointed on turf on his last two starts. The yard have been fairly quiet this summer so market confidence behind his chances would be desirable but this hold-up performer has the scope to make further progress and is taken to win again. Collect Art has left Michael Bell's yard since finishing in midfield at Newmarket but his new yard are in great form at present and may be able to eke further improvement from their new charge whilst Cativo Cavallino and Athaakeel both come here on the back of wins and have obvious claims but a chance is taken with Straboe in the hope that the market gives out the right signals.
