Rowan Pursuit can turn the tables on Welsh Wind, with We're Stoneybroke and The Job others worth a mention. The selection and Welsh Wind met over the course and distance just five days ago with the latter coming out on top by a head, but at the revised weights, Rowan Pursuit must surely be the one to be on. It has to be said that John Akehurst's filly does appear to have a mind of her own, and some might say that she was reluctant to go past her rival last time. However, the fact remains that she has a massive weight pull here and connections will be sorely disappointed if she does not take advantage. We're Stoneybroke has not raced over a mile since coming over from Ireland last year and there has to be a doubt over his stamina. That comment does not apply to The Job, but his last success was over the track and trip in November 2003. A moderate affair can go to Rowan Pursuit.
