Dand Nee gets a speculative vote to make a winning debut ahead of the likes of Wild Pitch, Piper General and River Gypsy. None of the exposed runners stands out and so it would be no surprise if Dand Nee were to oblige first time. The daughter of Kabool has stamina on the dam's side, and although maybe not one of the leading lights in Marcus Tregoning's yard, she would not have to be anything special in this company. Wild Pitch has not performed too badly since being fitted with blinkers and may be worthy of a place, while Piper General was third behind two much more fancied rivals over the course and distance last time. River Gypsy has an absence to overcome and only time will tell if this is his optimum trip. This is not a race to get too involved in, but Dand Nee gets plenty of weight and can give Chris Catlin another winner.
