The booking of Richard Hughes for Avenlea is very interesting so this one needs watching in the betting, however Star Magnitude has already proven her ability and gets the vote ahead of Choristar and Cils. The selection is making his all-weather debut but put in some excellent efforts during the turf season, the pick of which was a runners up spot behind smart handicapper Dr Thong. If he can transfer that ability to this new surface he will be hard to beat. Choristar has run consistently well here at Wolverhampton, but does have a fair bit to find with the selection on official ratings. Cils put in her best performance for some time when chasing home The Number at Wolverhampton last time and has to be considered for each-way purposes. Avenlea and Penway are both well bred and hail from very capable stables so are well worth a mention, but Star Magnitude looks the class act here and gets the decision.
