Market Day, Three Decades and Hythe Bay are the three for the shortlist and Market Day is the selection. Luca Cumani found a suitably easy race at Wolverhampton and while she has not shone on turf, she looks a different proposition on the artificial surface. Three Decades has plenty of early pace and is dropped in grade after a hopeful tilt at Group 2 company. At a track where runners can make substantial progress from off the pace, this will require a canny ride from Derek Nolan. Hythe Bay has the services of Frankie Dettori. A ready winner at Folkestone, this looks to be her optimum trip.Hucking Hill has had plenty of opportunities but does not appear to have progressed. High Style was held up to get six furlongs at Windsor and could find this circuit more to his liking. A difficult race for punters but one where Market Day is at least proven on the artificial surfaces and we shall stick with her on this occasion.
