This does not look as tricky as the earlier races on the card, and it should boil down to three- Waterline Dancer, Night Kiss and Tirailleur. The latter, a dual Brighton winner in June, is dropped in grade after making his Polytrack debut in conditions company a fortnight ago. Night Kiss will have the assistance of Pat Eddery, as she did when taking a Newmarket seller the time before last. That was over seven furlongs though, and the fact that she drops back in distance is just enough for TEAMtalk to oppose her with Waterline Dancer. The David Evans inmate battled on tremendously to land a Kempton nursery in August and showed definite signs of a return to form when running on well from the back over five furlongs at Newmarket. Given a break since then, she will line up fresh as a daisy, and with Jamie Spencer in the plate, along with the extra furlong to suit, Waterline Dancer is the one to beat.
