Not a race to get too heavily involved with but Majestic Halo is narrowly preferred to Aegean Pearl and Seeking Kali. Ed Dunlop's charge has become something of a professional placer in recent months but she has shown enough to suggest a race is within her compass and as her recent second placing came behind a horse rated 77. Aegean Pearl drops back in trip after being campaigned over 12 furlongs. The daughter of Lemon Drop Kid has shown some ability on an artificial surface in the past and should not be ignored if the money is down. Seeking Kali was punted into odds-on favouritism on debut but never looked like landing the spoils. The fact that she has been absent since April has to be of some concern. Pochard appears greatly flattered by a second at Pontefract behind Dawera and is opposed. Dancing Diamonds hails from a yard that have been more than capable of landing races of this nature on a first time out basis. Marina Gambina and Spirit of The Fen hail from top yards but look to be second choice on jockey bookings. An interesting affair in which Majestic Halo is offered the nomination.
