This is a very competitive handicap and we will side with For Life to get the better of Hansomelle and Postmaster. The selection was a convincing winner at Yarmouth last time on his first run for a new stable. On the evidence of that effort he looks to be one step ahead of the handicapper and he can go in again. Hansomelle should be suited by this drop in trip after failing to get home last time, but she has been steadily rising in the weights and is taken on for that reason. Postmaster hinted at a return to winning form last time when finishing second behind Im Over Ere Dad, so he looks to have solid place claims. Our Ruby ran her best race of the season at Leicester last time, but she is better over further than this, which returns us to For Life as our choice to lead them home.
