The last of the three races on the Turf course before the all-weather kicks in can go to Natural Action ahead of the likes of Snake's Head, Fraternal and Land of Light. Natural Action has taken time to get the hang of things, but plugged on gamely behind the odds-on Tempelstern at Yarmouth in June, and although not guaranteed to stay today's trip on breeding, the faster ground should help his cause. The trip is also unknown territory for Snake's Head, but she has been running on at the one pace, and has a bit more experience than most, so has to be included in calculations. The Queen's Fraternal is a half-brother to Right Approach, and now qualifies for handicaps but may need more time, while Land of Light has been absent since running over hurdles at Fontwell last September. He will like the ground and will stay, so if anywhere near fit, can get involved as well. The market may well have a major influence, but our vote goes to Natural Action.
