        Verdict

        Torquemada, Plateau and Everygrainofsand are three against the field in another tough handicap and the narrow vote is given to Torquemada. The selection has dropped to a handy mark was unlucky in running last time out and from a good draw here she looks a value bet in an open affair. Plateau rates the main danger on his latest fifth behind High Ambition but his best form is over a shorter trip and he is taken on with this in mind. Everygrainofsand won well last time out but he looks vulnerable under his penalty. Of the remainder Ivory Lace is game and consdistent and is sure to run his race while Goodenough Mover is dangerously well handicaped and could go well at a price but he has shown little of late and for the winner we return to Torquemada.
