In depth

Verdict

Aristofilia, Macademy Royal and Cool Sting look the three to concentrate on in this maiden with the confident vote going to Aristofilia. The selection was a fair third when last seen behind Soft Centre. This looks easier and he need only run up to that mark to win this. Macademy Royal rates the main danger on his debut third behind Spearit. He is sure to improve but the suspicion is he will be seen to better effect over a longer trip. Cool Sting is another that could go well on his latest second behind Devine Dancer but he has plenty of chances and looks vulnerable to a less exposed type. Of the remainder Royal Bandit is from a shrewd in-form yard and is another that could go well but he only needs this run to gain a handicap mark and with this in mind for the winner we return to Aristofilia.
