Give Me Love is proving to be difficult to win with but the Paul Nicholls-trained gelding looks to have been found a suitable opportunity to open his account over fences and is taken to do so at the main expense of Ballyjohnboy Lord and Rash Moment. The last mentioned would have claims on the pick of his hurdles form but has yet to convince over fences so may be best watched. Herecomestanley has given little sign of encouragement of late, while former pointer The Well Lad hardly gave cause for optimism on his rules debut at Stratford last month. Ballyjohnboy Lord is probably better than he showed at Sandown over hurdles last time and is an interesting runner on his chasing debut but Give Me Love has an obvious chance on the evidence of recent form and a reproduction of it should suffice.
