Abstract Art and Opera Comica are the pick of those who have racecourse experience, but we will side with newcomer Bariloche to score on debut. John Gosden runs two of those mentioned, including the selection. Bariloche is beautifully bred and will be expected to act well at this trip, being by Benny The Dip. He perhaps does not look the pick on jockey bookings, but the other pair are no great shakes and if he is straight enough he can add to Gosden's good record of profit for his three-year-olds on the all weather. Stablemate Opera Comica is rated in the 70s. She'd be expected to get this trip, though she disappointed over it here in November when last seen out and is still a maiden after five starts, so is clearly not one to lump on. Abstract Art is another who should improve for the step up in trip at three and could pose the selection with the biggest headache, but Bariloche has everything except racecourse experience and can hopefully make the most of his first appearance.
