SAUCY could send us home happy by landing the finale although Rahy's Crown, Split The Wind and Harting Hill are just three others with winning claims. Winners have been few and far between for the Lambourn handler since reopening his yard but he's had a number hit the frame recently and this mare may be able to hit the back of the net. She's recently returned from a spell in Ireland and made a satisfactory debut for the yard when third at Kempton. She's won three times over this course and distance and is weighted to go well. Harting Hill was just run out of things at Kempton over a mile last time and should go well back up in trip as that latest effort was an improved performance. Rahy's Crown is entitled to come on for his first run since 2006 and should cope with this drop in trip; he's 7lbs lower than when last successful and should be monitored in the market. Split The Wind has been in poor form at Kempton of late but she has never run well there whilst she has twice made the frame in four starts at this venue. She could bounce back to form but is still an all-weather maiden so the claims of the multiple winner Saucy are preferred.
