This is a contest lacking in runners who have been performing well of late, though MILLFIELDS DREAM does not fall into that category, and he can see off the threat of Halsion Chance and Reigning Monarch. Halsion Chance won on the all-weather surface here earlier this year, but has has had a busy time since witout success. Recent runs suggest a possible return to form however and he can go well. A winner at Kempton over a furlong shorter earlier this year, Reigning Monarch ran well in defeat there recently, before being outpaced in a decent Folkestone handicap. He has come down the weights and can be placed at a nice price. Millfields Dream's last win came last summer, but he has been running well in defeat of late. He is versatile regarding the trip, and Millfields Dream can gain due reward for some near misses.
