Verdict
A modest maiden with the top rated horse holding a mark of just 59 and it appears to be a good opportunity for ROODEE KING to open his account. Avrilo and Chantilly Jewel may provide the opposition. The horse with the dubious honour of being rated the best in the race is Anfield Star who was asked to contest some hot races by Ger Lyons with his best result an 18 length ninth behind Golden Sword. It remains to be seen what he's capable of for his new connections and the fact that Fallon rides Roodee King for the same yard suggests that he's the stable's number one. The gelding has been absent since being turned over at Catterick in July in a modest race but there was enough promise on what was just his second start to believe that he can win a race of this nature. Chantilly Jewel has found some consistency recently and may improve for a change of headgear whilst Avrilo has been knocking on the door and has claims of gaining a deserved success. Little Lost has her first run for a new yard and the jockey booking is a positive one but preference is for Roodee King.
