Fazbee and LORD FIDELIO can dominate this competitive seller, with preference for the last named horse. Formerly in the care of Andrew Balding, our selection now represents David Evans and it's no surprise this previously disappointing sort seems to have improved for the change in scenery. Ignoring a shocking display at Thirsk on his penultimate start when clearly resenting the blinkers the four-year-old has been in grand form and the way he won last time suggests further success awaits. He's got form on the surface, comes out as one of the best-in at the weights and should take all the beating from the best of the draw. Fazbee won a handicap here in January and once again showed her liking for the place when beaten a head over course and distance last time. That was in a similar race to this one and this strong-travelling filly should go close, particularly if delivered late by Tony Culhane. Fol Liam has a bit to find at the weights with our pick but has claims on his form prior to disappointing last time. He makes his debut here but has won over the trip and Wolverhampton, however from his wide draw this is a big ask. Waterloo Dock likes it here and has been in good form this year but he's got a bit to do at these weights and is perhaps better over six furlongs. Nomoretaxes needs a mention as the horse officially best-in but he's been beaten out of sight over hurdles lately and in truth makes little appeal, whilst Straight Face is a stablemate of our selection and therefore needs a market check as a course and distance winner, but Lord Fidelio arrives at the top of his game and can strike again whilst the iron is hot.
