BELINSKY can come out on top in this weak affair; the list of dangers is headed by Avow and Bazsharani. The selection is a lightly-raced colt and he has shown plenty of promise in maiden company. He has been pitched straight into selling grade and at this level he can open his account. Avow has got some fair form but he is dropped back in trip here and he may find things happening too quickly for him over this distance. Bazsharani is back up in trip which should suit and a reproduction of her effort at Chepstow back in July would give her a definite chance. New York Lights finished second in this grade last time out over the course and distance, although it is worth noting she was well held by the winner. She might be capable of getting involved in the shake-up, but for the winner we will stick with Belinsky.
