FUSAICHI FLYER is selected here ahead of Royal Torbo, Spice Fair and Temple Fair in a very competitive handicap. Roger Charlton's gelding has shaped with promise in all four of his starts and he looked as if he was ready for this longer trip when fourth to Kinky Afro here last month. That run should have put him spot on and a bold bid is expected off this lower mark of 62. If we ignore Royal Torbo's poor fibresand run last time out then he looks interesting, as does Spice Fair who is unexposed and capable of better now handicapping. New Den and Always De One are more experienced and each comes here in good nick after solid efforts in defeat behind Bubbly Braveheart last time out. Temple Fair improved for a test of stamina last time so his jockey will be keen to ensure that this is run at a true gallop, Chateau Zara is interesting on her handicap bow off a mark of 56, whilst Tallawalla could easily improve for the longer trip this afternoon. New Den is yet another to consider coming here on the back of a solid effort in defeat. The market could provide some useful clues, however we are happy to plump for Fusaichi Flyer.
