NOM DE LA ROSA is less exposed and potentially better than her rivals and the Oratorio filly is nominated ahead of Magic Spirit and Ant Music. Gary Moore's filly has only had four career starts and she has shaped with some promise. Her run at Ascot when last seen was disappointing but she is now dropped in class and this nicely-bred filly can gain her first career success. A visor is tried on Patachou for the first time, however a bigger threat may come from the Stan Moore yard. He has two likely chances in Magic Spirit and Ant Music. The former is a consistent daughter of Kirkwall, whilst the latter ran well here last time out and he looks capable of featuring despite having to give weight to all of his rivals. Clayton Flick is consistent and should run well if taking to first-time cheekpieces, Better Be Blue comes here in good form, whilst Fair Nella is of interest now dropping in grade and with Eddie Ahern taking over in the saddle. Not an easy puzzle to solve, but the nod goes to Nom De La Rosa.
