The vote here goes to Mogaamer, with his biggest dangers possibly proving to be Cayman Colony, Penway and Indian Gem. More on the selection later but Coquin d'Alezan drops back in trip after not showing too much on his debut. Penway made late headway last time, his first try at this trip, while Presenter showed plenty of promise on the Flat at two and three but has been plagued by injuries. Indian Gem showed enough when fifth at Wolverhampton last time to suggest a place is not beyond him, and the sixth from that race has since won. The Richard Hannon-trained Cayman Colony, a 70,000 euros purchase, has to be interesting on his debut, but, the $275,000 purchase, Mogaamer, showed plenty of promise when second on his debut over course and distance and, with the stable recently among the winners, he looks the one to beat in the maiden.
