Unicorn started favourite on his debut at Galway but showed his inexperience throughout the race. He'll do better over the longer trip and the quicker ground and has some very fancy entries. THEODORICO made his debut here last week and ran very well behind two much more experienced rivals. Jim Bolger likes to bring horses out early after an initial run and the plan can succeed again. Monocle is very stoutly-bred and may not come into his own until next season but Churchill D has an outstanding pedigree which is why he cost 380,000 euros as a yearling.
