Oor Jock won this a year ago but hasn't scored since despite several near-misses, though he's 4lb lower. Captain Power and Ishebayorgrey fought out a tremendous finish here a week ago when the former just prevailed. He has more scope for improvement than his rival and can confirm the form. GLIMMER OF PEACE has yet to win but this looks her opportunity as she was only just beaten by Ishebayorgrey over the track and trip in June and the revised weights are greatly in her favour. She's handed the vote with Pat Smullen riding for the first time. Tom Dooley is 9lb higher than his last victory though he's running well while the veteran Jembatt has dropped to such a lowly mark that he's likely to be winning again soon.
